Product Manager – SaaS ERP & Ecommerce

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our team and help shape the future of our SaaS ERP and Ecommerce platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong skills in requirement analysis, excellent collaboration with engineering and design teams, and proven experience in managing the product roadmap, backlog, and user stories within an Agile/Scrum framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product lifecycle from ideation to release.
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine requirements.
  
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and wireframes
• Lead brainstorming sessions and collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive wireframes and prototypes.
• Validate designs through usability testing and ensure scalability, usability, and accessibility.
  
• Work closely with engineering and design teams to deliver high-quality features on time.
  
• Prioritize and manage the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
  
• Contribute to sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
  
• Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and continuously optimize features.
  
• Ensure product roadmap aligns with company strategy and customer needs.
• Conduct thorough testing with QA and validate feature readiness in staging and Live environments.
• Evaluate the performance of released features using analytics tools, customer feedback, and user adoption metrics.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of total experience in Product Management or closely related roles.
  
• Strong background in Requirement Analysis and stakeholder communication.
  
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, QA, Marketing, Operations).
  
• Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  
• Skilled in managing roadmaps, backlogs, and user story writing.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
  
• SaaS and Ecommerce domain knowledge is a plus.
